XTR
XTR is the combination of special Omni Platforms, connection components and a variety of extruded tube sections to build columns and crossmembers. These assemblies will easily hold large stampings or heavy parts. S75 provides the adjustment, location and clamping components. Reference Plates provide the primary base support system. Complete tooling tables and walls can be constructed with Omni XTR.

Applications: |
Simple XTR columns and S75 components become the basic support structures for instrument panels, inside door panels and bumper fascias. Vertical Reference plates and XTR columns will hold complete auto body sides. XTR columns mounted on horizontal Reference plates easily support floor pan assemblies, chassis rails or long tubing sections. A table assembly constructed with XTR becomes a transportable inspection workstation when combined with a portable arm type CMM. |
