S75 Macro

S75 Macro is meant for standard parts sized 2" and larger such as automotive suspension components, office furniture brackets, jet engine fan blades and computer housings.  S75 components are the basic building pieces for most fixture projects.

S37 Micro

S37 Micro is designed for parts sized from ¾" to 6" like spark plugs, connectors, small castings and molded parts. It is the only system of its kind in the industry.

S37 Micro Vision

S37 Micro Vision is designed for small parts but uses clear 6" x 9" platforms suitable for use with the rear illumination of vision inspection machines.

XTR

XTR is the combination of special Omni Platforms and a variety of extruded tube sections to build columns and crossmembers. These assemblies will easily hold large stampings or heavy parts. Any of the S75 components can be used for location, adjustment and clamping

Reference Plates

Omni Reference Plates are available in standard sizes up to 30” x 60” and 36” square; custom sizes are available. These can be combined into even larger tooling surfaces. Reference Plates have a unique hole pattern designed to hold any S75 and XTR Base Platform providing the means to build quick changeover fixtures on a common base. A Reference Plate System can be designed in vertical, horizontal or special orientations and combinations.

System Integration

All Omni systems can be used together through adapters to further expand their capabilities. Non-Omni components can be added to build hybrid dedicated / modular gauges, assembly fixtures, gauge R&R rixtures, test fixtures and more.
