S37v Micro Vision

Series 37 - Micro Vision (S37v) is clear Platform version of the standard S37 Micro (S37) system and half-scale version of the Omni

Platform Sizes:

6.00" x 9.00" x .50" Clear polycarbonate
(1.50" x 3.00" & 3.00"” x 6.00") x .375" thick (aluminum) used for surface illumination
Platforms are secured to the measurement machine with Platform Clamps.

Extender Sizes:

.75" x 12" x .750" thick (S75 - Macro extenders with adapters). Any size Macro Extender or Base Platform can be used to connect multiple S37 Micro Vision Platforms.

Threads:

#10-32 for all mounting construction holes.

#4-40 for specialized uses.

Hole Spacing:

Omni Penta™ .375" square with center hole.

Adapters:

Micro M-Adapter and Micro Dyna Mount.

Applications:

S37 - Micro Vision is a miniature system sized to hold small turned parts and molded pieces to any variety of parts that fit on the vision machine.
